The Puyallup Police Department Records Division is a unit of Professional Services and consists of one records supervisor and two records clerks. The Records Unit is responsible for many important functions of the police department, including: police report intake and maintenance, public disclosure, concealed pistol licenses, fingerprinting, and they are the first point of contact to visitors at the police department.
Request a Police Report
The Puyallup Police Department does not process requests for Police Traffic Collision Reports (PTCR). Please obtain a copy of a PTCR from the Washington State Patrol at https://www.wsp.wa.gov/driver/collision-records/ and you will be able to immediately download your document for a fee. Your request will be reviewed in accordance with the Public Records Laws and Puyallup Police Department's Public Records Act policy. Report copies may incur a cost of up to $.15 per page. Copies of collision reports are $5 and requests for a CD/DVD incur a cost of $2 each.
Fingerprinting services are not being offered at this time.

No new CPL applications are being accepted at this time.
