The Puyallup City Council has authorized a pilot program to allow licensed and permitted mobile food vendors to operate in Puyallup locating on private properties (as authorized by property owner), existing street parking and other public property locations. Proposals that comply with the following regulations and conditions are exempt from PMC 5.65 Mobile Vendors and/or PMC 20.70 Temporary Uses, and PMC 10.40 on-street parking time limits. Please see attached map for prohibited parking locations. Other local and state laws may apply.
